Track your shipment and understand tracking statuses
Once your shipment is booked and processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to follow your shipment’s journey through the AfriCourier tracking page or mobile app.
Visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates. You can also log in to your AfriCourier account to view all your active shipments.
If your tracking status hasn’t changed for more than 48 hours, it may be due to customs delays, weather, or partner handover times. Feel free to reach out to our support team at support@africourier.com with your tracking number for help.
