Requesting Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to keep your AfriCourier account, you can request its deletion along with all associated personal data. To start the process, please complete the account deletion form at https://africourier.com/support/.

What to Expect After Your Request

Once we receive your deletion request, our customer care team will reach out to you at the email address on file to confirm your identity and verify the request. Please respond promptly to avoid any delays.

• You will lose access to your shipment history, saved addresses, and payment details.
• Please resolve any pending shipments, returns, or outstanding balances before requesting deletion.
• After confirmation, all your data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
