Filing a Claim with AfriCourier

We understand that sometimes shipments may not go as planned. If your package is lost, damaged, delayed, or missing contents, you may be eligible to file a claim. At AfriCourier, we strive to make the claims process as transparent and efficient as possible.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact our support team at support@africourier.com within 72 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  2. Provide your tracking number, shipment details, and a description of the issue.
  3. Include supporting documents such as photos of damage, receipts, or proof of value.
  4. We will investigate your claim and respond within 7 business days.

Returns

AfriCourier provides return shipping services for select regions. Return eligibility depends on the merchant's policy. Customers should contact the original seller to confirm that a return is accepted before scheduling pickup.

Once confirmed, we can assist in reverse logistics — arranging pickup, preparing customs documents, and shipping the item back to the origin country.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, AfriCourier will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide credit toward a future shipment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
