We understand that sometimes shipments may not go as planned. If your package is lost, damaged, delayed, or missing contents, you may be eligible to file a claim. At AfriCourier, we strive to make the claims process as transparent and efficient as possible.
AfriCourier provides return shipping services for select regions. Return eligibility depends on the merchant's policy. Customers should contact the original seller to confirm that a return is accepted before scheduling pickup.
Once confirmed, we can assist in reverse logistics — arranging pickup, preparing customs documents, and shipping the item back to the origin country.
If your claim is approved, AfriCourier will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide credit toward a future shipment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
